'Super netter Vermieter, der in der Wohnung auf uns gewartet hat, obwohl wir 3x die Anreisezeit verändert haben. Liebevoll sanierte Wohnung - super schöne Umgebung.'

'Gite offrant un espace important très bien aménagé avec 2 terrasses et un parking privé. Restaurants à 5mm en voiture, ainsi qu'un LIDL très bien achalandé. Très bon réseau routier. L'hôte est très serviable, parle anglais, répond immédiatement et intervient dans les 2mn.'

'We had a fabulous time at Casa dos Chuchos. Antonio & Eva are great hosts offering local cultural insights and destinations of interest. They were also very responsive to any questions or problem we were facing. Their house is very comfortable with an abundance of character. If you enjoy ‘historical architecture’, Carregal do Viriato is the place to stay. The neighbourhood buildings, narrow streets & cobblestone roads transport you to the past.Thank you Antonio & Eva for a memorable week, and we...

'Pros: The pool is amazing, and we loved sitting under the kiwi pergola. Our children really liked the pets (cat, rabbit, duck, and chickens).'

'This was a wonderful property and location. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with plants. We did not want to be right in Coimbra so we picked a nearby location. It was only about a 25 minute drive into town, where we spent the day visiting the university, shopping and enjoying dinner. There was a grocery store nearby where we picked up breakfast supplies. We especially appreciated the onsite parking.'

'First impression may be a bit rough, it’s an old small house on a street with construction, but ultimately turned out to be ok, the host Isabel was nice and we had all we needed. A garden patio in the back of the house is actually cute. The only inconvenience we had was no air conditioning, but there were a couple of floor fans.'

'Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The host was extremely friendly and gave us many great tips on places to visit, including Águeda, Aveiro, Costa Nova, and Barra, as well as recommendations for local restaurants and regional treats. The house itself was excellent, with a spacious kitchen, impeccable cleanliness, and a lovely patio. Sharing the pool with others was also very easy and comfortable.'

'We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little house with our family (kids aged 10, 12, and 14). The location is absolutely stunning and so peaceful, the perfect spot to unwind. The house itself is simple but very charming, and we loved having our meals under the big oak tree. The domain is beautiful and incredibly well thought-out for something so small-scale. The swimming pool was fantastic and there’s badminton, volleyball, basketball, plenty of games, showers and toilets at the pool, and a...
