' Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. A couple of things to point out, I stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services. Not sure if that is how they schedule cleaning or an over sight. Also, I had a refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket but no glasses to put the ice and drink into. I had coffee cups but no water glasses. Service with the valet a bit spotty.'

Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. 'My experience at the hotel was exceptional. I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in. The receptionist said that he had a room available for me. I did not have to wait. I was totally surprised and impressed with that first interaction.
