'Das Cottage ist teil einer kleinen Schaffarm. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage ist sehr modern jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet mit jeglichem Komfort wie Wasch und Spülmaschine. Es liegt etwas abseits und der Weg zur Farm ist etwas rau aber wenn man eine ruhige Lage sucht ist man hier goldrichtig. Eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man das wundervolle Cornwall erkunden will und einen gemütlichen ruhigen Rückzugsort zur Erhohlung sucht.'

'Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). 'We could not fault inside the house clean and lovely Unfortunately parking is very hard if you have anything other than a smart car and there really isn't a garden Ok we arrived for our 10 day visit upon arrival was told not very nicely to move our car as we parked in wrong place we had a nice 2 days then went to combe Martin for the next 2 days fir our wedding which was perfect We arrived back at the house and within 2 hours we were being shouted at and verbally abused by a male neighbor...

'I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm.
