'I stayed one night at this hotel because of the "new student orientation" (NSO) at Penn State University. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They offered free fruit and cold favored water. They changed their policy regarding free parking but offered a discount if you stayed at the hotel (it was a challenge to find parking on campus during orientation). FYI - Penn State no longer owns this hotel, but owns the property it sits on, therefore, no free parking.'

'Exactly what we were looking for, Close enough to State College to visit family. Well stocked for guests, off the grid (highly recommended) Beautiful stars. Look forward to renting again the next time family brings us back to the area. Peace and quiet. -Lee'

'Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. '
