This newly built 1200 sq. ft villa is perfect for friends or families of up to 4 people looking to get away and enjoy all that Exuma has to offer. Located off of Queen’s Highway in Ramsey, we are centrally located and just minutes away from the airport, gas station, liquor store, and local restaurants. The best part? Those famous blue waters and white sandy beach is just a short walk away!

Feel at home with 2 spacious bedrooms, a King room and a Queen room, each with an ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, and a 43-inch smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services in paradise. The living room and kitchen are situated in a modern open concept common area with plenty of space to unwind. The living room offers lots of light with double glass doors, stunning high ceilings, a large couch, and an entertainment center with a 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel refrigerator, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the cooking accessories you’ll need. A large island in the center provides even more counter space and stools for you to enjoy your meals. Each room has private access via glass doors to the back deck stretching across the length of the building. Sit out on the outdoor couch and enjoy the tranquil ocean breeze we’re named for!

Great stay overall. The villa was clean with a great ambiance and very comfortable setup. The location is a major plus—close to the beach, airport, and several solid gym options nearby. Plenty to do in the area with a good selection of activities and spots to check out. Would definitely stay here again

Owner was friendly and helpful. He seemed to be working hard to make the property better. The best thing about this property was the cost per night in fairly new house. Now some of the other things that need to be mentioned, and they might not bother everyone. The house was not completely finished on the outside. The stucco on half of the back of the house wasn’t finished and was missing the light fixtures. The only room in the house that was air conditioned is the main living area. There are small fans that blow air into the bedrooms. I don’t believe that the house is insulated so the air conditioning runs all the time. The house is off the grid. Power is solar and gas generator. The gas generator is located right next to the king bed room. It is pretty loud especially when you are trying to sleep. We couldn’t move to the queen bedroom because there was only a single sheet on the mattress. No blanket. Bathrooms are not air conditioned. Water pressure in the shower wouldn’t even wash the sand off of you. Hard to shave with no mirror above the sink. No oven in the kitchen. Only 2 stools to sit on. Counter tops are plywood with a rough finish on them. Beech is close but there isn’t a easy pathway to it. A lot is scrub brush to walk through, and then there is a cliff that you have to climb down to get to the beach. There are two unfinished houses on the property and it looks like there is more houses being built next door. When this property is finished it should be pretty nice

The house was clean , My sister and I both felt very comfortable and safe we had no issues . Wonderful stay at the Ocean Breeze Villas

Spacious, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Glen Roy has a beautiful home just as described and in the photos. When power went out briefly on the island the solar panels kept the lights and air conditioner running for us so we didn't even notice. The villa is walking distance to Moss Town Beach and Three Sisters beach. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Exumas.
