'Had a comfortable stay, the location is perfect if you’re here for the beach ! Sad that the hot pools and the Mountain are now closed to the public, but still plenty to do. The gym and pools are good, although the hot pool smelt of coconut oil, which was a bit weird. But it’s hard to fault the complex, which is well designed and clean. However I have yet to be offered, or had the option to stay in the ‘twin towers’, in fact I suspect they are not part of the Oceanside accommodation, so prepare...

'The staff are disgustingly rude.
Stay here if you want to be locked outside waiting for someone to answer the phone to even check in. We left an item behind so we sent a postage bag for it to be sent back. We sent emails, used the contact us feature on their website, called multiple times and got hung up on. The staff are so rude, give useless excuses and and lie to the guests.'

'Great location and very clean, friendly staff, and room was great with kitchenette and even a washer dryer (not that we needed these things this trip). The only issues we had was the bed was to firm for my liking and no top sheet, and only 1 comfortable chair in the room means one of you have to either sit on the bed or at the dinning table.'

'Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations, particularly considering the price.
There is no onsite parking, which was inconvenient. The listing also does not include any photos of the outdoor area, and after seeing it in person, we could understand why. The outdoor furniture and barbecue were in terrible condition and did not feel clean or usable.
The carpet in the lounge and dining area was badly stained and desperately needs a deep clean, although it may be at the point where...
