'I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.'

'The women at the front desk the second we got there were beyond nasty. I don't care if someone else has caused you to be in a bad mood, you should never take it out on innocent people. And they proceeded to stay that way throughout the duration of our stay. The next time we travel to Virginia for a cheer competition, we will definitely stay somewhere else.'

The property is definitely older so everything isn’t perfect, but the renovations in progress are impressive. 'This place is terrible. The elevator made alot of noise like its going to break down. I had to go to the front desk to get towels, the toilet seat was painted and chipping off, there is no where to hang your cloths or a coat up in the room and there is only one ice machine for the entire building and that was broken. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you lived in the projects and then you may feel at home..'

The layout of the rooms is perfect for families, with a quiet room for sleeping and a front room with a queen sleeper sofa facing the ocean for early or late risers. Having the bathroom and kitchenette between rooms minimized disruption. 'Prima motel vlak bij het strand (5 min lopen) verder dicht bij allerlei gelegenheden zoals restaurants en animatie. Kamers waren schoon en ook het zwembad werd goed bijgehouden. Al met al meer dan prima voor een gezin met 2 jonge kinderen!'
