'Entrance to the building left a lot to be desired. Scruffy, peeling paint where there was some, broken marble steps on staircase, broken handrail. Through the door into our accommodation it all changed.Nicely decorated and furnished. Into our lovely spacious room with balcony. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was very tiny. One large wardrobe with 3 hangers! No drawers. Had to search shops to purchase an adapter as UK one was not compatible. Bit stressful. Appears the property has the old socket...

'The staff were nice and friendly. The location is about half an hour walk to the center. There is no parking with the unit, but there is free street parking around the area if you are lucky to find one. The room is pretty sizeable and the bed was comfortable. There is a mini fridge and AC in the room for extra heating. '

'They literally ghosted us. We ended up stranded up, knocking on the door for like an hour at night. They have no phone number listed anywhere. We had to ask around and talk to a hotels.com virtual assistant to eventually get a phone number. They didn’t see our booking and overbooked. They eventually got a friend to accommodate us for the night (a stranger picked us up in his car, scary but he turned out nice). But obviously it was very stressful and unprofessional.
