'Lovely stay at the Three Bishops. The room was large, bright and clean. The shower was amazing and the hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was a highlight of the visit. Overall, couldn't fault it - thank you.'

'The cottage is in a great location to access all parts of the island. Decor and furnishing are on the basic side, but this is more than reflected in the price. The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. 'The Accomodation has all amenities and comfort including large bath and the nice touch of a DVD collection. Kitchen has all you need. But it is completely blind (there are windows but you need to keep blinds down so it’s dark!) which the listing avoided showing with great success. We were imagining a small stable with an open space or a bit of a view but even the back mini courtyard is completely fenced off and the windows give onto a passageway. 'The hotel was wonderful, the staff were very kind and professional and always happy to assist. My room was overlooking the sea, stunning view and the dinning area was lovely with a stunning view of the sea also. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope to visit again. '

'Room was much bigger than expected (possibly an upgrade) and seemed to have been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good. Highlight really was the friendliness of staff which is probably because it’s an independent property and they genuinely want to make guests feel welcome. '

'Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience.'

'No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer. We stayed in a room overlooking the harbour and it was very quiet. You couldn't hear any noise from the pub next door. Room was modern and very clean. The bed was huge (king) and very comfortable. There were places nearby to get breakfast and is very close to a Sainsbury and M&S food (Apr26).'
