'My wife and I had a great week at the Cozy Cottage. Loved the location. Although it is described as cozy, it was plenty spacious for the two of us and our Corgi.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Belmont. I really liked their wall of sports memorabilia. We enjoyed playing darts on their dart board. Also, the next-door neighbor was super friendly to us. It was really nice.'

'We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!'

'The house was so incredibly cute! There were 4 of us and everyone had their own room (although we ended up not using two of them) and there was just enough space for us not to feel cramped. It was clean, modern lake house feel and the location is incredible. We got there at night and when I woke up in the morning to see the view and walk out to the lake I was blown away! Had a small water issue that we eventually got resolved but it didn't wreck the stay. If you're looking for a cute, comfy spot...

'this time of year is the start of a busy summer, especially since Bike Week was extended for it's 100th anniversary. Suprisingly, the entire week was very peaceful. The other visitors in the area were very friendly as well. The owners don't bother you on a daily basis. For the most part, they let you know they are there if you need anything, and they are easy to contact if necessary. I loved sitting on the newly built deck to have my morning coffee and do some work before the heat increased....

'Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.'

'We just got back from a three night stay, the place was very clean, the location is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back. The only problem we had was that the trash barrels were already full from the previous renters. I don’t like to complain so I waited a day or so figuring they would come empty them. No one ever showed up so eventually I had to call the number they tell you to. I spoke with them, they had me send them a picture of the full trash barrels. They said they would take...

'Check in time is 5 not 4 as listed in VRBO. Bring your own sheet also. The sheets provided are sorry. They did not make up all the beds and we could not find sheets to fit the bunk beds for the kids. The house otherwise is nice and everything is new and 2 refrigerators is great. The host is very responsive and helpful. The dock for the boat is convenient and beach great. We had a great time and recommend this property. We give it 4.5 stars.'

'We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.'
