'Check in was quick and easy. We were provided with a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat in the area. Our cottage was beautiful and NEW with a small patio overlooking the lake. The Bed was comfortable and AC cooling. The wall fireplace added nice ambiance. The front desk called at 9 to say they were leaving for the night and to see if we needed anything. Close to the outlets. A wonderful place to stay! We will be coming back.'

'We stayed in the Diana's oasis, and the pool had a lot of dead flying ants floating. I also found live flying ants coming out from the bottom of the mirror. The front desk was empathetic and accommodating by giving us an upgraded room in the champagne towers. The pool was better but it was not heated like the prior room so we didnt not stay in it long. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...
