'The updated signs will be helpful when they are finished to know where things are, but the staff was super polite and helpful. Our family room was very nice and clean and easy to get to with parking right by the room.
Our only negative experience was out of the property control with the neighboring room being extremely loud getting in at 1 a.m.
We are still giving 5 stars because the property was nice, away from the hustle, but still convenient to everything. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! 'The property was being renovated during my stay. Friends were luckier to be placed in a room that had already been remodeled. My room was okay, but in need of an update to clean out the ick that just builds over time. The work was being done directly above my room and started before 8:30 a.m., so I was awoken by drilling & pounding. Kind of a bummer to pay the same for a lesser quality experience.'

I stayed 2 nights so I assumed my towels would be replenished and trash changed after the 1st night and even left a tip yet when I returned the next day it was not done and i ended up going to the front desk for towels to shower the next morning. 'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight.
