'Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. When we checked in there was a note saying pool and spa was closed. I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…'

'Hotel was clean and staff nice. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the indoor pool or breakfast as the hotel was overrun with screaming kids due to a soccer tournament in the area. Would try this place again as long as i knew their was not something going on again. '

'GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby.'

'The room was okay. There were a couple of things I didn't like for example, an old sock left, stains on couch, a stench, and bathroom light switches were very dirty. When I checked in, the women staff were very nice and welcoming. The bar was boring (didn't like the atmosphere) and the gym lacked equipment. Check out day, the cleaning lady knocked on my door at least 5 times that morning. I eventually checked out an hour early. '

'This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...
