'I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property.
Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.'

'Perfect for a trip to Banff, located in the downtown area with all the local restaurants and shops. We loved the hotel, its new and the staff were great even offering us umbrellas as we ventured out in the rain. We will definitely be back here! '

Personeel is echt super vriendelijk, zeker bij het ontbijt was dat opvallend. Het ontbijt is overigens ook erg goed.
De hot tubs op de binnenplaats zijn ook heerlijk in de winter. Wel jammer dat veel mensen er keihard in gaan zitten tetteren wat je op je kamer erg hoort
Ik vond alleen de kamer tegenvallen. Enorm klein, en kon wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Kamer zat ook meteen beneden naast de hortus achter een klapdeur...

But hallways are very very noisy. We had bad luck that we had a group of very inconsistente people that kept shouting and screaming in the hallways but it felt like they were in our room. No sound proofing at all'

"The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Aside from that, everything else was great."

"Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace.
Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside.

Heerlijke douche, ruime en mooie kamers en keuken.
Alles erg netjes en schoon. Alles wordt dagelijks prima onderhouden en zonodig aangevuld. Vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel. Fijne parkeergarage. Goede uitgeruste en grote keuken.
Water uit kraan is zit wel erg veel chloride in. Voor eten, drinken, thee en koffie ander water gebruiken. Maar dat is blijkbaar hier overal zo.
Kortom erg fijn verblijf en absoluut aan te bevelen."
