'Handig dat er een shuttle was naar het centrum. Kamers zijn wel heel gehorig.'

'Good stay at Canalta Hotel in Banff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a good experience.'

'Centraal gelegen in het centrum, alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gezellige kamer met balkon en whirlpool. '

'Schone en super ruime suite. Mijn dochter was iets vergeten en daar werden we meteen op geattendeerd zodat we nog terug konden rijden om het op te halen. Uitstekend hotel.'

'We got the smallest room of the hotel. Different from photo.'

'Near the lake and main street;Very confortable bed for good sleep,.'

'Aanrader, zeer goede ruime kamers en great ontbijt'

'The hotel was clean, great location, with friendly staff. The hot tub was closed all week for maintenance. The toilet leaked and filled every 10 minutes and maintenance didn’t fix it before I left. The bed was fairly saggy and the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off so I slept very poorly each night. There was no hot water on the 3rd morning in the shower. I asked for more coffee pods after the first morning and they didn’t bring them. When I put the sign on the door for light...

'Ontvangst aan de balie was de meest onvriendelijke in onze hele trip van 14 dagen. Enige woorden die werden gebruikt waren "ID? Credit Card? Car license nr? Initials here and here, signature there!". Then I asked her name and wrote it down on a paper... Suddenly she became friendly all over. But it was a fake show to me anyway...'

'Excellent accommodation. And the location was perfect, right in the middle of town.'

'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '

'The location is great. Have all the essentials. Good that it has complimentary breakfast.'
