Personeel is echt super vriendelijk, zeker bij het ontbijt was dat opvallend. Het ontbijt is overigens ook erg goed.
De hot tubs op de binnenplaats zijn ook heerlijk in de winter. Wel jammer dat veel mensen er keihard in gaan zitten tetteren wat je op je kamer erg hoort

'Wonderfull stay in Banff. Free parking close to downtown Banff. Clean & modern room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is fantastic. We got a free drink at the bar and free cookies. The hotel has 2 rooftop hottubs which we really enjoyed. We had a very relaxed stay! Would defenitely come back!! '

ceci étant le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas génial par rapport au prix, service un peu lent je trouve. de plus le prix de la chambre est quand même prohibitif par rapport à la prestation. les lodges de "démarrage" sont quand mêmes un peu petit pou rle prix à plus de 300 € la nuit. mais bon, on paye le cadre et la proximité des Johnston falls.'

'These are so close to the Johnston Canyon enterance. The canyon can be very busy but this loation makes it possible to beat the crowds in the morning. The cabins are cute and they allowed our dog to stay with us. As typical with the area, there were lots of bears so just be sure to practice bear safety while walking. Loved the staff too! '

But hallways are very very noisy. We had bad luck that we had a group of very inconsistente people that kept shouting and screaming in the hallways but it felt like they were in our room. No sound proofing at all'

'Great hotel. Bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. Very clean. Amazing service. Such a fun hotel!! I had hoped for breakfast to be included but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay again!! Just a little constructive criticism…maybe add a towel hook by the sink in the toilet room. My kids couldn’t reach the shelf above the toilet. Also include 2 bars of soap instead of just one since there are 3 sinks 😉 But seriously loved it!!'

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). "Very comfortable and warm Lodge for our winter stay in Banff. Nice and spacious room and the lobby felt very welcoming with the fireplace.
Beds slept well and we loved the hot tub at the end of a cold winter day outside.
