'We were only here for one night, it was more of a stop over than anything else, so we didn't venture into the city center. There is a huge Westfield mall within walking distance of the hotel so we spent some time there: absolutely amazing outside food area. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful: there was a problem with the fridge in our room and we were immediately offered another room. Ample parking and a decent breakfast spread; all in all recommend '

'The room/aircon had a distinct stench of cigarette smoke. Sewerage smell in the bathroom. Towels very thin. Very small to the point doors clashed. '

'I was so impressed with the quality. The place was clean, luxurious, spacious, and very well-maintained. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was Easter, and they had the cutest little Easter chocolates and themed towels! We’ll definitely be coming back this is the place we’ll return to without a doubt. '

'Highly recommended! Upon arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and easy going. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of secured parking directly Infront of our room. Facilities were clean even if didn't utilise them but the Pool and BBQ area looked well maintained and clean. Location is brilliant 2 minute drive to Sunnybank markets were we had some of the best Asian meals we've ever had. We will definitely be back for our next trip!'

'Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception.'

'I realise it is an older hotel but the bathroom looked like very little had been done to it in the past 50years. The shower had obviously been repaired at some point an actually had a very unattractive checker plate panel in the middle of the wall. The soap holder was very loose and couldn't hold anything at all. The main room has obviously been repainted and recarpeted which was nice. We were very disappointed there wasn't a toaster as that what we had planned for breakfast. The eyelet curtains...

'The departing day was Sanday. We had long time till our flight, then I would like the hotel keep my laggage until my depart time. They allow me for laggage survice only unti noon and the check out time was by 10AM. I couldn't to anyting for these ours and I wasted the time. The rason they did so was their reception survoce is only 2 hours between 10-12AM on Sunday. Their reception survice was until 9:00AM to 6:00PM for weekdays and 10AM to 2PM for Saturday. During the other time, nobody was in...

'The room and amenities were basic and in need of a little maintenance in some areas, but couldn’t really complain for the price. The place was clean, staff were super friendly, and the restaurant food was yummy and reasonably priced.'
