What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back!'

'Very nice resort and cottage. The restaurant has excellent food. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the coffee pot on the first day. Make sure to bring all your staple items for cooking. With this being a resort, there are almost no basic supplies that you find in some VRBO's, they did provide soap and shampoo. We would not hesitate to visit again. '

'The cabins are all unique and no two are set up exactly the same. This stay had a deck overlooking the lake. The hot tub on every deck is a definite plus, as is having a restaurant on site!'

'This was exactly what my husband and I needed as an anniversary getaway! The cabin was spacious and clean, and the host was very kind and thoughtful. We loved waking up and drinking coffee while watching deer feed around the cabin. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for our achy muscles, and the hot tub reinforced out relaxation! We will definitely go through RedAwning again. It was such a treat!'
