I had several issues with kitchen blinds that didn't function and a poorly functioning garage door which ultimately broke all the way and was stuck in the up position. I had to talk to someone from Vacasa in Central America about the issues. The first two issues no one attended to, but I was adamant about the garage door since the owner's bikes were in the garage. 'We loved this property. We liked how cute and comfortable was inside. Terry have everything stocked in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable but small. I wish it was a queen size bed insteadof full size.. We loved that there were plenty of sitting area around the casita. We enjoyed the view and nature. There are swing where you can relax and connect with nature. We will definitely come back again. My partner loved the area. Terry is nice and respectful. Place is adorable and comfortable!'
