I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. 'We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. When we followed up about cleaning at 2pm, we were told rooms are prioritised based on check-outs, which was frustrating given our room had been available for servicing all day. That...

'Room was ok for a single night. Apartments did not seem well built. Had poor ventilation and smelt of curry. Bad sound insulation. Beds ok, not great. Pillows need improvement. Parking in street was fine. We could hear people banging around at 5:30. Linen was good quality and clean. Room was clean. We haven’t stayed in Adelaide before so nothing to compare with but it seemed expensive for what we got. '

'There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space '
