Never used the outside parts of the property. It was too cold. Looks like it would be great when the weather was warmer. Very quiet place. Heard nothing from the neighbors. 'Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.'
