Klassiek Charleston Townhouse (Shem Creek-gebied)

BESCHIKBAAR DECEMBER TOT FEBRUARI BIJ SPECIALE MAANDELIJKS TARIEF !! Verblijf minimaal 30 dagen en er zijn geen belastingen van toepassing. Korte termijn huurovereenkomst zal worden verzonden na boeking goedkeuring. Een kopie van een door de overheid uitgegeven ID is vereist op het moment van boeking.

Zitten rond de bistrotafel of kijk uit naar de hickory en pijnbomen en azalea struiken. Dit huis met twee verdiepingen is stijlvol gerenoveerd en beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met een open haard. Het heeft een overvloed aan ramen. Drie slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping en een complete badkamer. Badkamer heeft dubbele wastafels en bad / douche-combinatie. Half bad is beneden. Eethoek van de keuken. Wasdroger. Achtertuin op steegje. Bewakingsapparatuur of opnameapparatuur op eigendom - Beveiligingscamera's aan de buitenkant van thuis opnemen van alle buitenkant.

Het huis ligt in een rustige woonwijk die op de hoofdweg ligt. Op loopafstand zijn Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Whole Foods en Walgreens. Er is een geweldig Thais restaurant net om de hoek.

De pittoreske bars en restaurants van Shem Creek, het Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park, de Cooper River Bridge en Patriot's Point Yorktown bevinden zich op 1-2 mijl afstand.

Naar Isle of Palms is het 16 minuten rijden. Naar Sullivan's Island, dat is rechtdoor Coleman Blvd. vanuit de buurt is het 12 minuten. Beide zijn openbare stranden.

Our family of five (with three young kiddos) very much enjoyed this home. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious enough to spread out, and in an ideal location in the heart of Mt. Pleasant with easy access to both Charleston, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.The owners are incredibly thoughtful and responsive and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome and at home for an extended stay. Fantastic option for anyone visiting or vacationing near Charleston!

We had a fantastic stay in this property. The location is superb, super convenient to downtown Charleston without staying in the city, easy drive to local beaches, good proximity to shopping, great accessibility to grocery and necessities, super close to everything Shem Creek. The home was wonderfully stocked, everything you could wish for on vacation. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms lovely, everything clean, cute backyard, quiet neighborhood, designated parking. This is a perfect spot and a really great property. Michelle is incredibly responsive. We had a couple minor issues and they were handled immediately. Host was gracious and very helpful. I have no reservations recommending this place wholeheartedly!!!

Ideal Location Between Charm and Coast

This spot was perfect for exploring both Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. A quick drive over the Ravenel Bridge to histocia Charleston for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We also took day trips to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms - beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby grocery stores and walking distance to Shem Creek. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

What a beautiful lil house, close to the city, and perfectly accommodating for my family of five. Wonderful Home!

In Mt Pleasant for a wedding and found this cute townhouse. Beds were so comfortable, very nice linens & pillows. Well stocked kitchen- I loved that there were all the condiments, spices, paper plates , cups. Etc. My grandchildren had a safe little yard to play in- perfection all around!

Perfect Charleston/Mount Pleasant Getaway

This property was comfortable for five to six guests as well as very clean and convenient to all tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. It was an easy short drive to the City of Charleston Historical area for shopping and dining at local restaurants. And it was also a short drive to Sullivan’s Island and a pleasant but slightly longer drive to Magnolia Plantations & Gardens in Charleston. Michelle, the property manager, made check-in and check-out easy, provided basic household supplies for our four-night stay as well as local tourist attraction information for the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. My husband, college friends, and I would definitely stay at this wonderful accommodation again in the future. Thank you for a great getaway!

Perfect Place

This townhouse was just what we needed for our long weekend in Charleston. It is comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed our afternoons in the shady backyard for happy hour 🍻. This property is a great location for visiting the city and Mt Pleasant. So close to Shem Creek and Patriot’s Point. We loved it.
