The Space: Our spacious Ranch-style home, “The Attwood,” is ideal for groups of 3–7 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Located in a quiet Mt. Pleasant neighborhood, it provides easy convenience—and with space for 3 vehicles in the driveway, parking won’t be an issue here.

Accessed by its own private entrance and a short set of exterior stairs, The Attwood features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space. It’s perfect for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a home-cooked meal. The dining table seats six, the breakfast bar includes stools, and the stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast.

The living room and sunroom feature high vaulted ceilings, and the backyard offers a patio with a table and chairs—an ideal setup for relaxing with family and friends. Our office room, located centrally near the living area and sunroom, includes a laptop-friendly desk and chair, plus a pullout couch for additional flexibility.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a spacious his-and-hers closet, bedside tables with lamps, and a large flatscreen Smart TV loaded with apps. Across the hall, you’ll find another king-size bedroom, along with a third bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a closet, and a desk with a mirror and chair—perfect as a workspace or getting-ready area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic cookware and essentials so you can enjoy meals at home with ease.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
