'I came in super late from my flight being delayed- I was still met with patience and kindness after the online latest check in time. I stayed in a quad shared room and when I got there, everyone was asleep. There was a small space heater that worked well for the space and it was clean throughout. The bed was comfy and I didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all as a young woman. I slept in and everyone was very courteous, I didn’t feel disturbed by my roommates at all. 'Had a good stay at the Claridge house! Simple, but clean and neat room. Hotel is located between Old Town Chicago and north part of the city centre. Shops, restaurants all within walking distance! '

If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space.
