'Really friendly place with an excellent shuttle that runs early and late to and from the nearby airport. The guys at reception always very friendly, my key often didn’t work and they always resolved. A very comfortable bed and a large room with a microwave and refrigerator. Nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries and excellent shower pressure. Basic breakfast, McDonalds next door. Excellent local transit for reaching all spots Juneau. '

'We stayed here because it was directly across the street from our cruise embarkation. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We stayed one night on either end of our cruise. The first night there was a problem with the boiler, so the shower was luke warm at best. Second night it was rather warm in the room and there is no AC. Sleeping with the window open made it bearable. '

'This is a historic hotel, a group of rooms located in a National Historic Register building. One of the best loved bars of Juneau is downstairs. The room was cozy and comfortable, and shared bath facilities were clean. I made Alaskan friends when I visited the bar. A great, authentic feeling Alaska experience. Don't expect a modern hotel experience - you'll find that in other parts of town.'

'The best bed and breakfast experience we have had. The sweetest couple run it and both are so accommodating and hospitable. They think of things you don’t even think about that you may need.
