'Located close to everything, restaurants, shops, capital building...feels like you are at home... front door and room is open with code they text you....breakfast is like you are in your own kitchen, just help yourself with fridge, coffee and whatever...apple, cookies, coffee and tea are there all day...loved terrace and spas (on on second one on third floor)..nice views....It seems than one person is in charge for everything (front desk and rooms, breakfast)....Tina connected me with local...

'It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!'

'Convenient downtown location that allows for easy access to the capitol. Wide spacious room with plenty of space to stretch out. Breakfast is not included, but there is an attached restaurant with plenty of options. Overall, a great location to stay while exploring the downtown Juneau area.'

'Staff were very friendly and rooms/bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to the airport. Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late. '
