'We stayed at this 1 bedroom apartment next to Auke Bay Marina for a week. We loved it so much! You should have a car as it’s 10 minutes or so to downtown Juneau. It is a completely different vacation staying here than in the cruise area. We loved watching the boats, the tides, the eagles, the harbor seals, all from the balcony. 'I really enjoyed most of my stay here. There were occasions when someone was walking loudly upstairs but it wasn't something that was upsetting. The one person I encountered during my stay was very friendly to me.'

If we needed anything, we had it by the next day. There’s just about every type of pan you could need, in addition to olive oil, and a full rack of spices for cooking.
