'Misschien was onze verwachting te hoog gespannen maar het rook vies bij binnenkomst entree en naar eten in de rest van de accommodatie. Op 2e dag was de geur weg.'

'Karine is an excellent host. Great communication! We had an issue with the TV remotes and she responded immediately and brought new batteries right away - her husband even FaceTimed with me to try to resolve it. (We ended up just manually turning on the TV.) This is a nicely appointed apartment in a working class neighborhood. It has all of the amenities you need. Nice kitchen. Washer and Dryer made this a good value for us. We have stayed in other places in the US with the same rating...

'Extraordinary value for the money, at least at the time of year that I visited (late winter). It's basically a fully furnished 2 bed, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and laundry appliances. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of space, and all the things you'd need for any length of stay. I've stayed at a lot of places in Seward and this is the best of the bunch.'

'The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner.'
