'My sister and I booked this location for our Alaskan adventure. It was perfect. We each had our own room, It was clean, comfortable. The host was responsive. She had coffee, creamer, tea, towels, hairdryer everything we would need for our stay. The location was great for everything we wanted to do.'

'I really enjoyed my two night stay here. The place is set up for only one person, which was fine because it was just me, but it is set up very nicely! It was basically priced much better than any local hotels, but much nicer than a hotel and they don’t have an outrageous cleaning fee. I will definitely be coming back.'

'The house is super close to the Big Dipper hockey rink which was nice for being here for hockey. I would say don’t judge this book by its cover, the outside was definitely making me question my choice but the inside is great and spacious. The only issue was the walls are pretty thin so we could hear the neighbors at times like they were in the room with us. But overall I would definitely stay here again.'

Helped me unload. Place is very clean and rustic. I loved the big windows and heated floor! Very quiet place if you are looking for a little bit of seclusion but not too far away from town. Saw a little bit of wildlife out there as well. Will definitely book again! '

'The home is located right next to pioneer park & close to downtown. There are few grocery stores within few mins drive. Also most of the well-known aurora viewing points in Fairbanks area are within an hour drive. If you are lucky, might be able to watch them right outside the home. We found it perfect for short or longer stays. Brian is one of the best host we have ever seen. He was fast in responding to our queries and provided us with many good recommendations & suggestions to explore...

'Had a great stay. Apartment is set up nicely except we could have used two more chairs for the kitchen table. Having 4 people and only 2 chairs we had to eat in shifts. A book with pertinent information would have made it easier than checking an email. '
