'The Bear Den was just as advertised! The property was clean and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The river view is amazing and we saw an eagle from the deck! We enjoyed a rafting trip down the river and saw many eagles and a moose with her baby. The property is an easy and beautiful drive to Seward where we went on a whale watching tour and a sled dog exhibition. Would definitely stay again!!'

'We absolutely loved this cozy home on the beautiful Kenai River! It had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting by the fire watching the aqua blue water float by. We saw eagles and gulls and just breathed in the fresh Alaskan air. We also enjoyed the sauna and stayed up late playing games in the lovely dining area. We would definitely stay here again. It has it all-location, beauty, comfort and space! We felt well cared for. '

'We absolutely loved our stay. The property is immersed in nature, close but far enough from Seward. The cabins are basic but this is really the point. The highlight of our stay was surely the friendliness of Gary (the manager/owner) and even his friends. A true pearl, a true local stay. Kids loved it too! The only place we stayed in Alaska that had its own playground, close to the lake. No small feat!'

'This tiny home/cabin was very well appointed and comfortable for the three adults who stayed. The location, just outside of Seward, was perfect for us.
