'Good location and amenities '

'Zeer gedateerde en kleine appartementen. Doet me denken aan een jeugdherberg in de jaren 70. Het gebouw is in zeer slechte staat van onderhoud. Wat dat betreft stevige prijs die kennelijk alleen gebaseerd is op de ligging ten opzichte Tongariro National Park. Het skigebied bij Whakapa is echter nog steeds een half uur rijden, dus niet heel dichtbij. Wat mij betreft geen aanrader.'

'lovely attached suite, lots of books and dvds, even a few games to play. room was comfortable and perfect for a weekend away. '

'Apartment only has two rooms (plus the bathroom), so note the bedroom is also the kitchen. The pull out coach bed is okay, but the bar on the middle is unavoidable'

'Was typical camping ground cabin. It was great to be able to book it for one night because that was all I wanted. There were no inconsistencies with how it was advertised and what it was. The manager was very pleasant and helpful.'

'It is very cosy and suitable for two adults or a small family (but not toddlers). Terrific shower. Wood Burner is very useful and lovely to have. Host has very kindly left wood, kindling and Firestarters. Microwave oven turntable doesn't turn (its the type that is mean to). Upstairs mezzanine was popular with our 10 and 12 year old boys, but would benefit from a deeper clean. Cleanliness of the rest of the place was very satisfactory. We will stay again.'
