'This was an amazing lodge to stay while we travelled around Tongariro National Park. The owners are very friendly and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this hidden gem. If I ever come back I will most certainly stay here again. Also, their breakfast was outstanding. '

'Everything was great. We travel a lot internationally but I don't recall any other place being even close. Everything is new and in perfect working conditions. The doors, the windows, the fan, the bathroom, the kitchen, the lights... Even some minor details were well designed and worked as intended. '

'It was pouring with rain when we arrived, so we really appreciated having the carport and entry cover, so we didn’t get soaked hauling our luggage in. Great for a 1nt stay on our way from Wellington to the Coromandel. Because of the weather the Coromandel didn’t happen, but that’s a whole other story! '

Zo hoef je niet altijd naar de gemeenschappelijke badkamer Nadeel, slechte isolatie. Je hoor echt alles. Door de trekking vertrekken veel mensen nog voor 6u en is er dus veel lawaai van heel vroeg '

'Magnificent location, spacious living quarters for a family of four. Water is right outside with sailboats gliding across the water. Quiet yet close to the happenings in town. Wish we had at least another day to stay in this beautiful chalet. We loved Taupo!'
