'Mooi , maar zeer slecht gelegen hotel . Naar het centrum is eigenlijk alleen een , relatief dure, taxi een optie . Vroeg naar de luchthaven? Volgens de receptionist kon dit niet . Waren nog geen taxi’s op dat tijdstip . Een een tricycle kon . De volgende ochtend bleek zijn collega ( gelukkig) toch een taxi voor mij geboekt te hebben . Verder ; kamer is goed , badkamer mooi ( maar net als elders komt er vrijwel geen water uit de kraan en douche ) ; goedkope en lekkere cocktails en goed restaurant...

'We had a great stay at Canvas Hotel, definitely would rate it a solid 5/5!! The hotel is near the PPS airport and they also have a shuttle service. We were not able to stay for breakfast because we have an early flight, but they were very kind to offer us a packed breakfast to go and the food was delicious! This hotel is highly recommended and would absolutely book again when we go back to PPS! To all the staff of the hotel, thank you for your warm, amazing, friendly service! '

'Nieuw hotel vlakbij het vliegveld. Ideaal als overstappunt naar andere plaatsen op het eiland. Goede voorzieningen en goed ontbijt. Stroom viel alleen in de nacht uit, maar dat is overal een probleem in de Fillipijnen.'

'Meggie, the manager, and her parents (the owners) are extremely kind people, of a rare hospitality. Individual guests get a VIP treatment. 'Such an amazing surprise! The whole place has this incredibly restful feel, that quiet luxury you secretly desire, where everything feels effortless yet so thoughtful. The staff are the true STARS here. Their warmth and attentiveness blew us away… they even remembered how we take our coffee and had it waiting at breakfast, and one afternoon by the pool someone came round offering watermelon ice cream!
