'The cabin is very clean, with a nice porch on the lake. Coffee in the morning on the lake was quite nice. There is an outdoor shower which is private and the hot water comes on quickly. The water inside is not potable, and there are obvious signs not to drink it. The hosts provide drinking water. They also provide lots of snacks/coffee/toothbrushes and other amenities you may need. Electric outlets are somewhat sparse but manageable.'

'This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it.'

'The Boathouse is located down 67 stairs - which we read about in the description - still a workout, especially when loading in or out. The property was perfect for our family of four. There were lots of bugs on the windows, so we decided to keep them closed at all times. The window AC unit cooled the house enough and fans are provided. The house could use a refresh of furniture and towels. If I went again, I would bring my own towels. The beach towels provided were great. The water is stunning....

The cottage was super clean, well-stocked, and had a great porch attached to the cottage. Check-in was easy, and we took advantage of the firepit at night. We had a great weekend!'

'We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals.
