'We have stayed in several cabins over the years and this cabin is in the best setting by far. The view from the rear deck is absolutely beautiful. The stairway down to the creek is very manageable even for us old folks. The cabin is very secluded and cannot be seen from the road. I couldn't give it 5 stars, however, because the gas grill is worn out and will not heat sufficiently to cook food, and the bed in the master bedroom is uncomfrotable and needs replacement. 'We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! 'This cozy cabin worked out pretty well for our family of four plus dog.
