'We were in town to visit family for the 4th of July and needed a place to stay. This house is a very well kept and clean house with a great outdoor space! It was a resonable rental rate and close to town! It was a great weekend! Also its pet friendly....I was charged 100 for my pet after booking....and could not find anywhere on the listing where it mentions that. Just so you know....there will be a 100 fee per dog that gets requested after you pay the original booking fee. We enjoyed the...

'Amazing little place right on bank of the White River! If you have a guided trip, your guide may even pick you up feom the bank behind the house. Ours did! No negatives on the property at all! The river was up and in the yard but it didnt stop the browns from eating my flies feom the bank!'

'Property and home was beautiful, updated, and roomy! The ONLY complaint that i have is there are lights on the stairs you can’t turn off in one of the bedrooms. We just covered them with pillows at night. Silly little thing. Otherwise, it’s perfection!'

'The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!'

'Cotter Rock Cottage was clean and cozy. My husband and i came to Cotter to fish. We were very close to river fishing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing a herd of deer across the street. Highly recommend.'
