'We were very disappointed with our stay. The grounds were not well kept and it was not gated. Just a “gate” you drive through, no code required. The tennis courts and playground were VERY run down. The house was in dire need of paint and TLC updates. My husband found a cockroach in the main bathroom our last night. I would not recommend this property,'

'We stayed for 10 days with our dog. The house was roomy with plenty of seating, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware and basic seasoning, and everything was in good working order. The bed was comfortable. It is close to Hot Springs with plenty to do there. We also spent time in local shops and restaurants. A grocery store is just outside the West gate and Wal-mart is nearby if you need anything. If we return to Hot Springs area we would stay here again.'
