'We chose this location because of its proximity to Pocono Raceway. The communication with the host was excellent and the check in process was flawless. The house was neat and clean with the basic essentials provided. The home does not have central air but does have very capable floor units in both bedrooms. This was my very first stay using the VRBO platform and I hope all of my future experiences will be as good as this one. I would highly recommend this host and property. '

'I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations. As for any shopping, everything is 20 to 35 minutes drive. The water park is 18 minutes from the house. I highly recommend this house. We...

'Rough property, clean but there were faulty switches, water damage and floor damage. Lots of drywall patches, just generally deferred maintenance in several spots but owner stated he would attend to these after our departure. '

'This property looks exactly like it is listed. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of rooms, good sitting area at the back. Everything is good. However, there is no garage parking, at least adjacent to the property. There could be other options nearby. Also, there was no community pass as the pool was closed (we visited during end of March). I would recommend the owner to send only related communication during check in and check out instead of the generic communication.'
