Mooie huisjes met minpunten
Mooie comfortabele huisjes met mooi ligging en redelijk uitzicht. Van alle motels en hotels op onze route had deze de meest bureaucratische en irritante incheckprocedure: Ondanks dat ik online geboekt had en ze al mijn gegevens al hadden moest ik alles nog eens invullen op meerdere formulieren! Verder is het personeel niet bijzonder vriendelijk, zijn de huisjes gehorig, valt er op het onderhoud wel wat aan te merken en als je met open raam slaapt heb je nog redelijk wat last van verkeerslawaai van de nabij gelegen SH 33.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ramada Rotorua. The staff were super friendly, our room was extremely clean, there was a lot of activities for our children to do on sight and we especially loved the amazing staff at the restaurant- they went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to come back! Great for children of all ages and all round amazing place to be. Thank you Ramada staff! 😊

are super annoying .. Check out is at 10 in the morning and you start getting hit at 8 in the morning to leave and at 9 in the morning you are called to the room for ..so you remember that the chekout is at 10am. This never happened anywhere in the world and we have 35 years traveling. it hurts that they have the name of the chain Ramada .Terrible

Great for a family getaway
Fantastic stay for the family. Kitchen allows you to cook from home or get takeaway with all utensils available. Lounge and dining space is big enough for 4/5 people and upstairs bedrooms are roomy with plenty of storage. Only negative is that air conditioning is only on lower floor and upstairs rooms can get very stuffy on humid days. Pedestal fans are provided which are useful. Location is out of town (which for us was a bonus) about 20 mins but is still close enough to all the attractions (you will need a car). Would definitely stay here again.

It'd have been a great stay with 5-star rating if not for the following issues: - Venetian blinds used in bedrooms didn't block light - the rooms were bright light early in the morning. Proper curtains or blinds should have been used. - It's hot upstairs but there's only one portable fan. There should have been 2 fans or aircond - Quite average bedding. Other than those issues, it's a great property

Our stay was fantastic, comfortable beds, great restaurant with beautiful food. Very friendly staff, great tennis court, pool and spa. When we walked into the property we were instantly impressed. Such a beautiful view out onto the canal with ducks swimming around. Clean, well equiped property with everything we needed. Was a little away from the city centre but wasn’t a bother as we had a hire car and was also great because we avoided the Sulfur smell. I would absolutely recommend these appartments.

Absolutely lovely - felt like coming home. This was a perfect paradise. Looking out the window to see horses on one side, and a canal with beautiful black swans on another side was truly a treat. It was flawless - kitchen, bedrooms, deck, parking. Quiet area.

Our go-to NZ break away.
We love this resort and it is our go-to NZ break away. The team are friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the resort is in a lovely quiet area, not too far from Rotorua. The two-bedroom apartment we had has a comfy lounge with coffee table, TV and video; a dining table and chairs; and also a outdoor area with table and chairs to look over the water-ways. The kitchen has full-sized fridge / freezer, oven, cooktop, the necessary equipment for cooking, plus a dishwasher. The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin, and a washer and dryer. Despite the rain, we also enjoyed using the spa by the outdoor pool. The only improvements we can think of are a shared herb gaden and a free EV charging facility.

Such a lovely peaceful location, located on a waterway with ducks and swans. Need transport to go to local sights. Nice staff helpful, it’s like a peaceful quiet retreat from our usual hectic lives. The rooms are very spacious.

Stayed at 3 bedroom cottage. It was wonderful. The cottage was located by the lake, so you can get overlooking the lake without any blocking. The room was as new (probably renovated not long ago?) It was very good stay. Only one negative is a bit of drive from Rotorua town Centre, but because of that you can get superb lake view.

Wow vilket trevligt boende det här var! Kändes jättelyxigt med två våningar (#56), uteplats med kanalen en meter bort, rejält kök och allt var rent och fint. Master bedroom var väldigt varmt på natten eftersom ac’n var på nedre våningen. Hade behövt någon form av enkel instruktion för dom elektriska köksprylarna eftersom det inte var helt uppenbart hur tex ugn funkade. Fina omgivningar, poolen skulle kunna haft fler bäddar med dynor(fanns bara en dyna till typ fem bäddar)men trevligt med allt vatten och fåglar.

Great location, helpful staff, family friendly, well presented self-contained apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Right on the lake with parking at the door, outdoor heated pool and restaurant with reasonably priced meals.
