'I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. '

'The star Grand hotel Brisbane is nothing short of amazing!! There is a huge complex with a delightful leisure deck on the 7th floor, many restaurants on the 4th floor, a casino on the 5th floor, and an outstanding roof deck with more restaurants on the 23rd floor. From the 4th floor you can go directly across a beautiful pedestrian bridge that crosses the river to the South Bank cultural precinct. Design detail was spared and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, 5 stars all the way!!'

The breakfast is not worth the extra money, breakfast staff is not motivated, the choice is limited and only 1 cup of coffee is included. Breakfast room looks like a sportsbar, not cozy at all!

'Hotel Indigo is in a good location, approximately half way between Roma Street Station and the Queen Street Mall. Rooms are well appointed with everything you should need. Restaurant 1603 has great ambience, the food was excellent and the staff attentive. Check in and check out was easy.'

"Brsibane is great. Although the hotel is in the centre somehow it manged to be somewhere where there is absolutly nothing. But don't worry, within 10-15 minutes walk you are in all the goo places or with Lime or uber.
