'Overall the room and property was clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Property is in a good area with good food options in walking distance. We really only had two issue with our stay. One was that the fitted sheets barely fit the bed. The corner would pop off throughout the night and have to be constantly put back on. The idea of waking up on the mattress was a little off putting. Second was that after our first big day of events, I came back to take my first shower...

'Prachtige grote kamer met Kingsize bed. Bed was te zacht naar onze smaak. Ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid. Zwembad zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit; het water leek niet helder en vanuit de ontbijtzaal kijk je zo het zwembad in. Veel keuze aan restaurants op minder dan 5 minuten lopen. '

'Staff was really friendly, they call on forehand when you will arrive which is in our opinion a little extra personal service. The neighborhood is a bit shady, but we never felt unsafe. Unfortunately Motel 6 offers no breakfast which is a miss since there are other options available for that price with a bite in the morning. But based on service& clean rooms I would recommend staying here for a night!'

'The room was pretty clean with a nice tv, the bathroom was clean but had a couple hairs in the shower. Everything was adequate, my only complaint for the room was the bathroom, it was tiny with a very small toilet. Somehow I always get a very loud stomping person above me like 9 times out of 10. PSA If you’re staying on upper floors your room is for relaxing not stomping around and being loud.'

'Knus hotel in schattig, Amerikaans dorpje. Kamer ziet er prima uit, wel aan de kleine kant. Badkamer is gescheiden van de kamers, maar voldoet aan alle eisen. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Enige nadeel is gehorigheid, zowel van binnen het hotel als van buiten. '

'Very convenient location. Wonderful lobby area and outdoor patio area to gather with friends. Quiet. Good food in the restaurant. ( I had a burger & fries) Things I wasn’t crazy about: 1) The luggage carts. 'Good for one night stop. I clearly mentioned in our search that we are 5 travellers and in the reservation it says good for 5persons though they mentioned 2 queen bed, we are expectig that there is sofa bed or foldable bed, but upon arrival they do not have room that can accomodate 5 so we end up taking another room which offcourse cost us extra.'

'Everything went great, better than when this used to be the Clarion. The only cons were, not enough space to hang up clothing. There was a shelf less than 2 feet under hanger rod. No ability to plug in your own streaming device to TV. No option to switch HDMI inputs with the remote. However, these con's were minimal and I will stay there on my next trip. Very clean.'

'Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.'

'I was only in Portland one night to attend a wedding, and needed a place to stay near the venue. I also needed a reasonable price. This simple, basic motel was perfect. There are no amenities to speak of - no free breakfast, or even coffee - no pool. There is guest laundry, but I didn't need it. My room was clean and fresh. The AC worked and wasn't noisy. I didn't even turn on the TV. The internet was fast and easy to access. The front desk staff was great! If you want a basic, no frills place...
