49 Perry has been styled with warmth and comfort. Enjoy the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, soft luxurious towels and warm cosy beds fitted with bamboo sheets and electric blankets in the colder months.

Spotlessly clean & close to town

Spotlessly clean, light filled & super comfortable. Had everything we needed (stocked kitchen, washing machine/dryer, outdoor settings, smart TV) within walking distance to just about everything, lovely host who made communication and check in easy. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing and exploring the beautiful Mudgee region.

The cottage was clean and quiet with off street parking. It had a cosy and relaxed feel with comfortable beds, a great shower and Margaret our host made us feel very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage and will book again when I am next in the area.

Gorgeous place in a great location

Neat as a pin and within walking distance of town made it the perfect location . The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay opening onto a sunny courtyard.
