'My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂'

'Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR.'

'Superb hotel in every way. Location is great - 1 minute from bus stop, about 3 to Charing Cross, an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, food & shops. Attentiveness of staff & attention to detail is second to none - they even provided locally sourced cookies at the tea station in the room. Bed is possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Linens, room & bathroon are all immaculately clean. Shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Breakfast is outstanding. '

'Bathroom is bad. No water supply properly in the basin. As shown in the picture bathtub is not at all usable. Infact bugs are in the bathroom. No telephone in the room and unfortunately there are not even staff available to seek help. I had to go searching for them. No Internet even after asking for them. Only positive about the place is the lawn. It’s not worth the price '

'A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. '
