We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!'

We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! '
