Horrible staff behavior. Especially at the reception Ankur, Tried to check in international guests with language barrier and they were rude and uncooperative the entire time. Asked for several documents and then took print outs in the most run down print quality, beating the original purpose of record keeping.
Very unusual staff, bell boy came in and dragged one singular bag and walked in to the lift, my guests had to follow him with their own remaining bags
Check in was at 2 but Ankur stalled and interrogated till around 2:30-3 , despite telling him we are on a time limit
Next morning breakfast was horrible and very stale. Went with the safe option of milk and cereal
We wished to speak to the manager on the day but mr. Deepak was no where to be found.
