'Family and I came to town for my daughter’s final review weekend. Check in was easy and house is clean and perfect size for our group size. Not too far from all the activities on campus we needed to be there for but also not in the middle of all the craziness so traffic wasn’t terrible getting around which is a huge plus for us. Quiet neighborhood would definitely book again. Host is attentive and nice.'

'We had a GREAT time at this property. Loved so many things about the house. Hot water that NEVER ran out, the air conditioner worked AMAZING. The mattresses were great. The floor plan worked great with our large group. Had a fun time playing in the garage. We never had time to try out the patio/backyard, but wish we could’ve. We have absolutely NO complaints Ioved our time there and I will highly recommend others to stay there.'

'We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!'

'This was a great little apartment for my weeklong stay visiting TAMU. It is located right off Northgate so campus is easily accessible by foot. They had fresh, high-quality fluffy towels and nice bed linens. Even gave us coffee pods to use in their coffee machine! Highly recommend and would stay there again. '
