'Overall, good stay. Things that have been noted in previous reviews have been remedied. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed inside and it was clean indoors. The reason we stay in VRBOs is for the outdoor space that you don’t have in a hotel. That said, the outdoor space could use some attention. There was a lot of random trash laying around, patio furniture needs attention and the pool hadn’t seen chlorine in a long while (granted it was cold out and we didn’t swim but still not...

We all arrived in separate cars(there was plenty of parking between the driveway and beside the house). The house was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. 'The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again'

Lance thought of everything in making sure our stay was great’ this was the first time my aunt and uncle stayed at a VRBO and they were very impressed. 'The property is beautiful. Located on a peaceful ranch, with horses, donkeys and cows. The sunsets were amazing. The pool is huge and perfect for hot days. The house is large and clean. The kitchen is perfect for large gatherings and very well equipped with anything needed to prepare meals. The outdoor kitchen was great for grilling dinner. Things to consider, this property is set up as a wedding venue. As such, it is beautifully decorated. We had to make sure to keep the kids out of the dinning...
