'We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in the junior suite, the area where the hotel is locates is good and looks safe. The looks of the hotel is great and has good facilities. The breakfast is the cherry on the pie, it offers you all you want for all tastes and ages. The hotel staff in general is friendly and helpful (with exception of a front-desk guy), Jose (bellboy) and Adriana from front-desk really deserve a medal for their outstanding customer focus!'

'Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited.
