'We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment.
We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food.

'This place was very quiet and beautiful, out in the country, which makes it a bit difficult to get around. However, Valentina assisted with this issue and found excellent car service to get around. Dinner options at H-Farm are very few, so i would advice to plan for dinner outside of H-Farm or bring dinner with you. Again. The area is beautiful and the staff were wonderful.'

'We liked a lot this lovely romantic hotel. Good size, not too small not to big, enough privacy. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower.
The only thing to improve is the airco in the rooms, they could be more efficient, state-of-the-art, less loudly.'

'Hermosa habitación todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y unas galletas además de un mensaje de bienvenida lo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Hay café de cápsulas gratis. En fin muchos detalles. Todo es nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo...

It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two'

Vanuit hotel 10 minuutjes lopen naar bushalte waar buslijn 5 je in 20 minuten naar het busstation in Venetië brengt. Vriendelijke hotelmedewerker helpt je met bustickets en informatie. Kamers zijn mooi ruim, goed onderhouden, net als de rest van het hotel. Bedden waren prima. Een minpuntje was luidruchtige housekeeping in de ochtend. '

'All the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was beautiful. We were able to have breakfast at an outside table near to the canal which was beautiful.
The only thing you need to be careful of is that we checkout at exactly 10:00am which was the checkout time but we still got charged a late checkout fee. '

"Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelde ik me welkom. Het personeel is vriendelijk, gastvrij en denkt echt met je mee. Mijn kamer was schoon, ruim en sfeervol ingericht, met een heerlijk bed en een prachtig uitzicht.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en van hoge kwaliteit – met verse producten en voor ieder wat wils. Ook de ligging van het hotel is ideaal: rustig, maar toch dicht bij leuke bezienswaardigheden en restaurants.
Een plek waar je echt tot rust komt én wordt verwend. Ik kom zeker snel weer terug!"
