We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station .
