'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'Good clean basic accommodation- close to tram to the centre and 20 mins walk to conference centre. I couldn’t get there until later than the 8pm check in but had a number to call and was met at the apartment ( late check in fee ). '
